Paul has 28 years experience in the security industry, working for Armaguard as a branch supervisor. He supervised a road crew of 42 professionals, then branching out and starting his own security business (ATM Online Security). He is currently the Security Manager at the Gold Coast Turf Club.

Responsible for the day to day management of his business, including submission of tenders, undertaking meetings with prospective and current clients, Paul holds both QLD and NSW Security Provider Licence for Crowd Controller, Cash in Transit, Unarmed, Patrol Dog, and Private Investigator, and Weapons Licences. ATM Online Security also holds a company Weapons Organisation licence.
